GreenYellow Thailand is proud to announce its partnership with the King Park Avenue Hotel, a luxurious hotel nestled in the heart of suburban Bangkok. This collaboration introduces an innovative Cooling as a Service (CaaS) model, which helps King Park Avenue Hotel optimize energy efficiency without the burden of initial capital investments and ongoing operation and maintenance costs but also contributes to their sustainability efforts.
Notably, the chiller and cooling tower components were identified as the primary contributors, accounting for 70% of the hotel's electricity consumption. Therefore, GreenYellow stepped in to optimize the cooling system by adjusting the chiller and cooling tower capacity to match the hotel's specific cooling requirements. This involved upgrading and replacing the chiller, cooling tower, and pumps to achieve greater efficiency and substantial cost savings for the King Park Avenue Hotel.
