Develop and execute training & development programs / activities for employees
Facilitate onboarding process and branding programs
Make (PO, Invoice, contact supplier) office supply and stationary ordering supply and control, make a report and support for employee’s orderings
Support in organizing social events, company retreats, and charitable projects
Develops strong working relationships with other executives, management, and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching as needed
Support payroll process including employees’ status either new join/resign/terminated, etc.
Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
Provide employee services for certification of personal and confidential information upon request, such as salary certification letters for the bank or visa application, pay slips, 50-Tawi, Provident Fund, etc.
